About Us

Ben, established BJP Finance t/a Pope Equipment Finance in 2018 after spending 7 years at one of the big 4 banks. This has led to him having an extensive experience in commercial finance, equipment finance and residential loans.

Ben has a strong understanding of many different industries including Construction, Civil, Transport and Manufacturing. His education includes a degree in Commerce along with an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Brokering. He is also a member of the following industry associations Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA).

Ben has built strong relationships with bankers across various different lenders. He believes strong relationships are vital in growing businesses no matter what industry there associated with.

Outside of work Ben is a keen surfer and is heavily involved in the local community as an active participant of the Bancoora SLSC where he is currently an active Lifesaver and Life Member.
